Terms and Conditions and FAQ

Application and the use of the WHITE membership are subject to the following terms and conditions:

DEFINITIONS

The Terms defined and used herein shall have the following meanings shown next to them:

• “Application” – the process completed and submitted by the applicant to become a WHITE member.
• “W Point/s” – Rebates earned or redeemed by using the membership.
• “Membership” or “Cardless Membership” – WHITE membership.
• “Outlet/s” – White Restaurant outlets.
• “Takeaway/s” – Self-orders at any White Restaurant’s outlets for takeaway excluding orders from external delivery services not limited to Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Grabfood and Oddleeats.
• “We, us, our, White Restaurant” – White Beehoon Restaurant Pte Ltd.

“You, your, member/s” – the person who applied for WHITE and/or whose membership belongs to.

• Applicable online and at all White Restaurant outlets.
• Only 1 membership sign-up per person and applicant has to be at least 18 years of age at the point of application.
• A valid mobile number is required for application.

• BASIC membership – Lifetime
  GOLD membership – 1 YEAR from the date of application
  (In the event that the GOLD membership is not renewed, it will default back to the BASIC membership.)
• Membership privileges can only be enjoyed by the member within the membership validity.
• Membership is strictly non-transferable and cannot be shared.

• Earning of W Points is valid for dine-in or takeaway at all White Restaurant outlets and based on the total amount spent on full-priced ala carte, non-promotional food & beverage items. 
• W Points cannot be accumulated or redeemed for orders from external delivery services, including but not limited to Foodpanda, Grabfood, Deliveroo and Oddle Eats.
• The total amount spent excludes the amount from discount vouchers, promotional items or set menu, discounts, service charge, GST, 
• Members must be present and inform staff at the point of payment with the registered mobile number to earn W Points. No W Points will be credited if the member is not present at the point of payment.
• Strictly no accumulation of W Points if a customer fails to identify themselves at the point of payment.
• Member’s registered valid mobile number will be required for verification purposes.
• Members who are unable to have their W Points credited to their membership due to a system error are to email a copy of the dining receipt within 1 week of the visit to friends@whiterestaurant.com.sg, with the following subject: “Crediting of W Points”, along with the registered mobile number.

W Points can be used to redeem rewards* such as menu items or vouchers. 

*Rewards listed are subject to change without prior notice. Menu items are valid for dine-in only and vouchers are valid for both dine-in and takeaway.

• Members must be present and inform staff at the point of payment with the registered mobile number to redeem W Points.
• W Points accumulated can only be used to redeem rewards.
• Rewards cannot be redeemed on the eve of & during the 15 days of CNY, eve of PH, PH in-lieu and PH, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other special occasions. Other blackout dates apply.  Please check with our friendly staff for more information.
• Multiple e-vouchers cannot be stacked and used in the same visit.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional set menu, or set upgrade and cannot be stacked with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other privileges unless otherwise stated.
• W Points can only be redeemed in denominations of 60, 100, 200, 400.
• Redemption of W Points does not include the W Points earned during the same visit.

• Birthday e-Voucher is applicable for dine-in and takeaway, full-priced ala carte, non-promotional food & beverage orders at all White Restaurant outlets.
• The voucher may be utilized on the 2^nd visit, with a minimum spend of $50 (subtotal), applicable for Basic Members only.
• Vouchers valid every day excluding eve of & on Public Holidays (such as Christmas, New Year), in-lieu of public holidays, and on special occasions such as 15 days of Chinese New Year. Other blackout dates apply.
• Applicable within the membership validity only.
• Birthday e-Voucher is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, and vouchers unless otherwise stated.
• No splitting of bills allowed.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional set menu, set upgrade and cannot be stacked with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other privileges unless otherwise stated.
• W Points cannot be accumulated nor redeemed when a birthday e-Voucher is utilised.

• Welcome e-Voucher is applicable for dine-in and takeaway, full-priced ala carte, non-promotional food & beverage orders at all White Restaurant outlets.
  
• Vouchers valid every day excluding eve of & on Public Holidays (such as Christmas, New Year), in-lieu of public holidays, and on special occasions such as 15 days of Chinese New Year. Other blackout dates apply.
• Applicable within the membership validity only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional set menu, set upgrade and cannot be stacked with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, and other privileges unless otherwise stated.
  
• No splitting of bills allowed.
• W Points cannot be accumulated nor redeemed when a welcome e-Voucher is utilised.

• Basic: No expiry
• Gold: Expiry reminders will be sent via SMS notification 1 month before the expiry of membership. 

• GOLD membership can be renewed HERE or at any White Restaurant outlet.
• Early Renewal: GOLD Members can renew from the month of expiry and the new membership cycle will commence on the date of renewal. All balanced W Points will be carried forward to the new membership cycle and valid for 365 days from the last transaction date

• Member may, at any time, terminate the membership before the expiry date via email to friends@whiterestaurant.com.sg
• In the event of an early termination, membership expiry will be as of the date of termination and no partial or full refund will be provided.
• The membership may be terminated in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions as contained herein.
• The termination and cancellation will be non-reversible.
• White Restaurant reserves the right to terminate the membership if found to be shared by members and his/her family and friends etc.
• Upon termination of the membership either by member or by us, members shall not attempt to use the membership. Such an act shall be deemed fraudulent.
• Upon the termination or cancellation of the account for whatever reasons, all W Points will be forfeited, and members shall have no further claim against us.

• Members agree that we shall be given the right to disclose personal particulars to the cooperatives and the organisations affiliated or related to us.
• Member agrees to allow us to use his / her contact details and personal particulars for the facilitation of membership entitlement and privileges.

• Members shall always maintain the confidentiality of their membership information.

• White Membership is the sole property of White Restaurant.
• Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, if the membership privileges have been wrongfully or fraudulently utilised, the member shall be liable to refund us the value of the said privileges without dispute.
• Any dispute on the membership privileges shall be notified to us within 30 days from the date that the dispute had taken place.
• We are entitled at any time, in our absolute discretion without liability to you, to request for identification, suspend or terminate the membership should any of the membership privileges be abused.
• Members shall indemnify us against any liability or loss, penalty, damage, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to legal costs, arising directly or indirectly from any breach on the part of the member in using membership and non-compliance or observation of the terms and conditions.
• White Restaurant reserves the rights to vary, reserve and/or withdraw any of the membership privileges without prior notice.

• White Restaurant reserves the right to vary, modify and/or withdraw any of the membership terms and conditions without prior notice.
• It is at our absolute discretion, without liability to you to remove WHITE membership program if we deem a need to do so.

• White Restaurant respects your privacy and understands that your personal data is important to you.
• We do not tolerate spam and will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any other third party.
• White Restaurant collects, uses, and discloses your personal data for the purposes of providing updates on promotions, entitlements, and services to you, to enhance your experience with us, to improve on services, and to offer you rewards and benefits.
• By signing up as a WHITE member, you agree to the above-stated and allow White Restaurant or any organisation affiliated or related to us to contact you.
