TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Application and the use of the WHITE membership are subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Terms defined and used herein shall have the following meanings shown next to them:
- “Application” – the process completed and submitted by the applicant to become a WHITE member.
- “W Dollar/s” – Rebates earned or redeemed by using the membership.
- “Membership” or “Cardless Membership” – WHITE membership.
- “Outlet/s” – White Restaurant branches.
- “Takeaway/s” – Self-orders at any White Restaurant’s outlets for takeaway excluding orders from external delivery services not limiting to FoodPanda and GrabFood.
- “We, us, our, White Restaurant” – White Beehoon Restaurant Pte Ltd.
- “You, your, member/s” – the person who applied for WHITE and / or whose membership belongs to.
APPLICATION OF WHITE
- Membership application fee is at $15.
- Valid at all White Restaurant outlets (except Jewel Changi and Tampines Mall) and for takeaway orders not inclusive of orders from external delivery services not limiting to FoodPanda and GrabFood.
- Only 1 membership sign-up per person.
- 1 year from date of application.
- The membership privileges can only be enjoyed by the member within the membership validity.
EARNING OF W DOLLARS
- Members are entitled to earn SGD $0.05 W Dollar for every SGD $1 spent, based on total food bill and do not include any amount from service charges, goods and service taxes (GST), vouchers and e-vouchers, etc when they dine-in or takeaway at all participating outlets.
- Members must identify oneself and inform staff at point of billing to enjoy membership benefits.
- Strictly no accumulation of W Dollars if customer fails to identify themselves and after completion of sales transaction.
- Members that are unable to have their W Dollars credited to their membership due to system error are to email a copy of the dining receipt within 1 week of visit to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following subject: “Crediting of W Dollars”, along with the registered mobile number.
- Members must be present to earn W Dollars. No W Dollars will be credited if member is not present at the point of payment. Mobile number may be requested for verification purposes.
REDEMPTION OF W DOLLARS
- Every W Dollar earned is equivalent to SGD $1.
- Redemption of W Dollar can be done at next visit’s total bill or accumulate till such amount you can offset a future full bill.
- Members must be present to redeem W Dollars (Valid for dine-ins and takeaways).
- Mobile number may be required for verification purposes.
- Redemption of W Dollars does not include new accumulation.
- W Dollars accumulated are not exchangeable for cash or equivalent.
MULTI-TIERD MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
- Basic – Earn W Dollars being an equivalent of 5% rebate off total bill spent and $20 birthday e-voucher on birthday month.
- Premium – Earn W Dollars being an equivalent of 10% rebate off total bill spent and $30 birthday e-voucher on birthday month.
- VVIP – Earn W Dollars being an equivalent of 15% rebate off total bill spent, $50 birthday e-voucher on birthday month and priority queue status.
UPGRADE OF MEMBERSHIP LEVEL
- Spend $1288 and more within 1 membership year to an immediate upgrade to Premium level.
- VVIP level by invitations only.
- VIP invitation to our exclusive promotional events.
- For VVIP membership level, to enjoy priority queue status.
- Sign-up e-voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of sign-up.
- Birthday e-voucher is valid from the 1st day of member’s birthday month, through the entire month only.
MEMBERSHIP EXPIRY AND RENEWAL
- The membership can be renewed at any White restaurant outlets except Jewel Changi Airport and Tampines Mall.
- A renewal fee of SGD $15 is payable and the renewed membership will be valid for 1 year.
- Expiry reminders will be sent via email and/or SMS notifications 1 month before expiry of membership.
- All accumulated W Dollars will be forfeited upon membership expiry.
- Members can renew from the month of expiry and the new membership cycle will commence 1 day after the expiry date of existing membership. All balanced W Dollars and membership status level will be carried forward to new membership cycle.
- New membership cycle will commence from the date of renewal if renewal of membership is done after existing membership expiry and all previous W Dollars and membership level will be forfeited.
TERMINATION AND CANCELLATION
- Member may, at any time, terminate the membership before expiry date via email to email@example.com
- In the event of an early termination, membership expiry will be as of date of termination and no partial of full refund will be provided.
- The membership may be terminated in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions as contained herein.
- White Restaurant reserves the rights to terminate the membership if found to be shared by member and his/her family and friends etc.
- Upon termination of the membership either by member or by us, member shall not attempt to use the membership. Such act shall be deemed as fraudulent.
- Upon the termination or cancellation of the account for whatever reasons, all W Dollars will be forfeited and member shall have no further claim again us.
- Member agrees that we shall be given the rights to disclose personal particulars to the cooperatives and the organisations affiliated or related to us.
- Member agrees to allow us to use his / her contact details and personal particulars for facilitation of membership entitlement and privileges.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
- Members are to keep his / her membership information confidential at all times.
- White Membership is the sole property of White Restaurant.
- Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, if the membership privileges have been wrongfully or fraudulently utilised, the member shall be liable to refund us the value of the said privileges without dispute.
- Any dispute on the membership privileges shall be notified to us within 30 days from the date that the dispute had taken place.
- We reserve the rights to amend, reserve and / or withdraw any of the membership privileges without prior notice.
- We are entitled at any time, in our absolute discretion without liability to you, to request for identification, suspend or terminate the membership should any of the membership privileges be abused.
- Member shall indemnify us against any liability or loss, penalty, damage, costs and expenses, including but not limited to legal costs, arising directly or indirectly from any breach on the part of the member in using membership and non-compliance or observation of the terms and conditions.
WHITE RESTAURANT RIGHTS
- We reserve the rights to amend, modify and / or withdraw any of the membership terms and conditions without prior notice.
- It is at our absolute discretion, without liability to you to remove WHITE membership program if we deem a need to do so.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT
- White Restaurant respects your privacy and understands that your personal data is important to you.
- We do not tolerate spam and will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to any other third party.
- White Restaurant collects, uses and discloses your personal data for the purposes of providing updates on promotions, entitlements and services to you, to enhance your experience with us, to improve on services and to offer you rewards and benefits.
- By signing up as a WHITE member, you agree to the above stated and allows White Restaurant or any organisation affiliated or related to us to contact you.
