This Parents’ Day, White Restaurant partners with New Moon to present a meaningful dining experience featuring limited-time seasonal menu thoughtfully curated – perfect for showing appreciation through comforting food and quality time together. 

Enjoy nourishing ingredients such as Chicken Essence and Bird’s Nest, both well known for their restorative and revitalising properties. Traditionally valued for supporting energy, vitality, and overall well-being, these ingredients make each dish both comforting and meaningful — a thoughtful way to care for and treat your parents this special season. 

Perfect for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gatherings, our Togetherness Family Feast is designed to bring families closer through shared moments of gratitude and appreciation. 

From 28 April to 30 June 2026, savour a specially curated Parents’ Day menu that blends tradition, wellness, and heartfelt meaning, celebrating filial piety and togetherness. 

Togetherness Family Feast ($98++) includes: :

• 蒜香虾滑羊肚菌小西兰  Garlic Butter Prawn Paste Morels with Broccolini *PREMIUM
  Juicy, bouncy prawn paste is paired with earthy morel mushrooms and crisp broccolini, sautéed in fragrant garlic, then lifted with New Moon Essence of Chicken with American Ginseng for added depth. Flavourful yet light, with layers of satisfying texture. 

• 砂锅鸡精南乳炸肉 Claypot Savoury Nanru Pork with Chicken Essence 
  Fermented beancurd-marinated pork slices are seared till lightly crisp outside and juicy within, then finished in a sizzling claypot with New Moon Essence of Chicken with American Ginseng. Deeply flavourful yet not heavy, with black fungus adding a satisfying crunch. 

• 砂锅辣酱干煎鸡块 Claypot Dry-Seared Chicken in Savoury-Spiced Sauce   
• 白胡椒猪肚汤 White Pepper Pork Tripe Soup (2-3 Pax/人份)   
• 招牌海鲜白米粉 The Original White Beehoon (L)
